Oxford and Cambridge Paris Poetry and Prose Reading

Following the successful experiment in January, OUSP and CamSoc Paris propose to hold another joint virtual prose and poetry reading on Wednesday February 24th. It will take place on Zoom.

This event is open & without charge to all members of both societies. Please register on the Oxford or Cambridge web site to participate.

Each reader should plan to come with one modern and one classical reading, each of 3 to 5 minutes (maximum) long. Anything written in the last 50 years will qualify as “modern”.

Thus, in the 90 minutes available, you can expect to read both pieces. We would like, this time, to focus on the readings themselves, and avoid too much comment around them. This will help keep the rhythm brisk & hopefully interesting to all. Paul Tracy (Oxford) will act as moderator for the evening.

We look forward to seeing you then.
