The Society’s AGM – Save the date of Wednesday 23rd September
23 September @ 19:00 - 21:00 CEST
Initially planned for 18th May, we had to postpone our AGM due to the lock-down. The French Government gave extra time to compensate and as things are now, slowly, getting back to normal we have set the new date as Wednesday 23rd September.
What we do not yet know is whether we will be able to meet together – which we evidently want to do – or whether we will need to arrange an electronic format.
In any case, we have booked the meeting room at the Maison de la Vie Culturelle et Citoyenne du 7e, 4 rue Amélie, 75007 Paris for the evening of Wednesday 23rd September. What we do not yet know is whether they will be able to let us use the room as their current rules only allow meetings during the working day.
We are confident that, as long as the Covid-19 trends continue as they are, we will be able to go ahead, starting at 7pm. We will confirm this to you early in September when we send you the notice of meeting and other papers relating to the AGM.
If we cannot meet, then we will organise an electronic meeting – but fingers crossed this will not be necessary.
